While predicting, there are things other than the historical data which needs to be incorporated. In the case of Food & Beverage, the ideal baking/cooking is predicted not just on the dimensions of the business, but something beyond like for example - weather (rainy/sunny), competition offer, etc., Does our prediction model have these?
